1. It's 510gms of Milkmaid (I’ve used 1.5 Can).
2. It's 30-40 gms of Cornflour.
3. Prepare 1 pinch of Salt.
4. Prepare 2 tbsp of Vanilla Essence.
5. Prepare 1/2 Cup of Cocoa Powder.
6. It's 1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips (Mixed).
7. You need 4 of Fresh Orange/Apples/Strawberries/Grapes/Kiwi: Sliced- Garnish.
8. It's 1/8 tsp of Cinnamon Powder or Cocoa Powder- Sprinkles.
9. Prepare 1/2 Cup of Fresh Milk (Altogether).
10. You need 1tbsp/10 gms of Agar Agar.
11. Prepare 1/4 Cup of Almonds Flakes: Garnish.

Instant Chocolate Milkmaid Pudding step by step

1. In a large heavy bottomed pan: Add in all the aforementioned ingredients at the outset & mix everything well together until nicely combined, without turning on the flame.
2. Ensuring- No lumps are therein...Now, turn on the flame over the low-medium while stirring continuously & vigorously to avoid any lumps in it.
3. Once the mixture starts thickening: Turn off the flame & immediately pour in the same to the short glasses/tumblers/bowls/silicon moulds or similar (Need to be quick enough so that it doesn’t start solidifying into the pudding form).
4. Refrigerate (if you’ve time in your hands- for at least, 2-3 hrs time), I didn’t have that hence put inside the Freezer- for just 30 mins time before serving it chilled & not frozen 🥶 as an ice cream....
