Ingredients of Healthy Banana Bread

  1. You need 3 of Bananas.
  2. Prepare 65 g of Oat milk.
  3. Prepare 2 of Eggs.
  4. It's 230 g of Wholemeal bread flour.
  5. Prepare 170 g of Honey.
  6. It's 75 g of Olive oil.
  7. You need 2 tsp of Baking soda.
  8. It's 2 tsp of Vanilla extract.
  9. Prepare Pinch of salt.
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of Cinnamon.

Healthy Banana Bread instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 160oC.
  2. Whisk together the oil and honey.
  3. Add eggs and whisk again.
  4. Mash bananas then add to bowl and whisk again.
  5. Add oat milk then whisk again.
  6. Add baking soda, vanilla extract, salt and cinammon then stir to combine.
  7. Sift and fold in the flour.
  8. Line a loaf tin with baking paper then pour in the mixture.
  9. Bake for 45mins.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow to set in loaf tin still for a further 15mins.
  11. Remove from loaf tin and allow to cool before slicing.
