- You need 4 of bananas , over- ripened.
- It's 1/4 Cup of Dates pulp.
- It's 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla extract.
- You need 1 Teaspoon of Baking soda.
- Prepare Pinch of Salt.
- You need 1 1/2 Cups of Whole wheat Flour.
- It's 1/4 Cup of Yogurt.
- It's 2 Tablespoons of Honey.
- Prepare 1/2 of Lemon , juiced.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)..
- With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl..
- Mix everything but the flour..
- Add the flour last, mix. You should get a wet sticky mix..
- Pour mixture into a buttered 4x8 inch loaf pan..
- Bake for 45 mins. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve..
- Note: I skipped adding sugar and replaced that with dates and honey. If you don't like the flavour of dates or honey, you can use 1/3 cup of sugar..
