Bread Custard pastry step by step
- Take a pan and boil milk..
- Add custard powder slurry to the milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps..
- When milk has thickened add sugar and vanilla essence and mix well..
- Custard is ready allow it to cool down.
- For Assembling the pastry Trim the edges of the bread slices..
- Mix half custard, biscuits and cream together..
- First take one slice and apply 1 tablespoon of custard mixture and spread evenly all over..
- Then place second slice of bread and apply nutella chocolate spread on both the sides, and place this slice on the first one..
- In this way repeat the process until the fourth bread slice comes on top..
- Then apply layer of plain custard on the top slice..
- Now put this bread pastry in the freezer for 2-3 hours to set..
- After that take it out in a serving plate and cut from the center into two parts..
- Garnish with chocolate syrup and serve chilled..
