Apple Banana Quinoa Breakfast Cups step by step
- Preheat oven 375. Lightly grease muffin tin.
- Cook quinoa.
- Mix applesauce, mashed banana, almond milk, honey, vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Slowly stir the wet into the dry until fully combined.
- Peel, core, and chop apple. Mix apple chunks into bowl.
