- It's 1/4 cup of sugar.
- You need 2 tbsp of chaina grass.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of cornflour.

- Making vanilla cream layer:.
- Take 2 sliced bread, Cut the edges and cut into small pieces. Blend it with 1&1/2 cup milk. Untill smooth mixture..
- Pour the mixture into a pan add 1/4 cup sugar and mix it well and bring to simmer over medium flame till all sugar have dissolved..
- Now add chain grass powder and cornflour to it and boil this mixture, stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes or until it completely dissolved and thicken..
- Turn off the flame. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla essence..
- Make some dot with milk mixture in a plate keep it aside in room temperature..
- Pour the remaining milk mixture into a mould..
- Let it cool and refrigerate it for 1hrs or till it set completely..
- After cooling remove from mould and keep it refrigerator..
- Now make coffee choco layer:.
- Take 1/4 cup of milk and 2 tbsp instant coffee powder and mix well till coffee powder dissolved.keep it aside. Take cornflour in a separate bowl and add 3-4 tbsp of water to it and make thick mixture..
- Now take a saucepan add 2 cup of milk with 1/4 cup of sugar and bring to simmer over medium flame till all sugar have dissolved..
- Pour the coffee mixture with boiling milk and mix it well..
- Add chain grass cornflour slurry and Coco powder to it and boil this mixture, stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes or till it completely dissolved and thicken..
- Turn off the flame and remove from heat. Let the milk cool down for 10 minutes before pouring the mould..
- Now put the milk dot on the same mould.and then pour 1/2 coffee choco mixture on it..
- Now place the vanilla cream pudding top of the coffee Coco Pudding mixture and then make a layer of remaining coffee Coco Pudding mixture..
- Then it refrigerate for 1 hrs or till it set completely..
- After 1hrs remove it from refrigerator and separate it from the side of mould using knife..
- Remove it into the plate by flipping it upside down..
- Cut it and serve it..
